Lina Lopez

Lina Lopez is a real estate professional with Onward Real Estate Team, proudly serving the Waco community she has always called home. As a Waco native and licensed real estate professional, Lina combines deep local market knowledge with a strong background in customer service, sales, and entrepreneurship.

Before joining Onward Real Estate Team, Lina built a diverse professional foundation through leadership roles in retail management, property leasing, and small business ownership. As Assistant Manager at G2 by Georgio’s, she developed valuable expertise in team leadership, operations, and client relations. She later expanded her real estate experience as a Leasing Specialist with Alliance Property Management, where she successfully guided clients through the leasing process while supporting strong occupancy and retention. In addition to her real estate career, Lina is the owner of Lilo Boutique, an e-commerce brand with a retail presence at Waco’s 254 Craft Mall, where managing buying, marketing, and daily operations has sharpened her sales expertise and relationship-driven approach.

Outside of work, Lina enjoys traveling, spending time with her fiancé, and making memories with their two cats. You can often find her participating in local vendor markets around Waco through Lilo Boutique, further reflecting her passion for community connection. With her entrepreneurial spirit, local roots, and dedication to helping others, Lina is excited to continue growing her real estate career while serving the community she loves.
