Hunter Baumann is a Commercial Buyer/Tenant Specialist with the Onward Real Estate Team, where he is committed to helping business owners, investors, and commercial clients identify opportunities that align with their long-term goals. With a strong interest in commercial investment real estate and a relationship-first approach, Hunter is dedicated to providing thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and exceptional service throughout every stage of the transaction.

Originally from Sugar Land, Texas, Hunter earned his degree from Baylor University, where he studied Business Entrepreneurship and Corporate Communications. While attending Baylor, he purchased his first four-bedroom condominium, an experience that sparked his passion for commercial real estate and the investment side of the industry. Although he originally aspired to become an architect, Hunter discovered that commercial real estate offered the opportunity to combine his appreciation for development, business strategy, and long-term investing into a career centered on helping others achieve their goals.

Hunter is passionate about the challenge and opportunity that commercial real estate provides. He enjoys analyzing properties, understanding market trends, and helping clients make informed decisions that support their business and investment objectives. While he has an interest in all sectors of commercial real estate, Hunter is especially drawn to multifamily and self-storage investments and looks forward to building lasting relationships with clients as he continues to grow within the industry.

After graduating from Baylor, Hunter spent time traveling internationally, pursuing his passions for hunting, fishing, and experiencing different cultures. His travels have taken him to destinations including South Africa, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Argentina, and Cabo San Lucas, giving him a broader perspective and an appreciation for building connections with people from all walks of life.

Now proud to call Waco home after six years in the community, Hunter is excited to help contribute to the area's continued growth while serving clients with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to building long-term relationships. He believes that trust, hard work, and genuine service are the foundation of every successful partnership and looks forward to helping clients achieve their commercial real estate goals for years to come.
